A:Since we use Global post once it gets to the overseas shipping station in the US it does not forward the tracking info to the country in which it was shipped to. It becomes difficult to find at that point but if you contact us we can find your package for you.

A: I developed a flat spring locking system that resembles the locking device used in fold out lock blade knives.
When the blades come out they depress the spring allowing the blade in use to securely snap into place while also keeping the unused blades from falling out of the body.
This unique locking system gives greater feedback than any other folding jackknife style pick on the market today.
Q: How are the Top of the Keyway flat tension tools held in place?
A: Two neodymium magnets hold the tension bar securely in place. The two magnets are flush with the body and protected from wear so they will last the lifetime of the product. I carried this tool for a full year and never once lost the tension bar.
